About Inox Durable
Who we are
Inox Durable is a French online shop specialising in stainless steel cookware: frying pans, woks, saucepans, stockpots and cookware sets. The business is based in Claret, in the Hérault department (Occitanie, France), and is run by Ahmed Smaili, sole trader (SIREN 503 033 235).
Our idea: cook for years with the same cookware
A cheap pan scratches, warps and ends up in the bin within months. Stainless steel lasts for generations. We select cookware in food-grade 304 and 316 stainless steel, often with multi-layer construction (tri-ply, 5-ply) for even heat, and compatible with every hob, including induction. 304 or 316 stainless steel: we explain the difference.
How we choose our products
- Material: 304 (18/8) or 316 stainless steel (with molybdenum, more corrosion-resistant), and titanium for some models such as the hammered titanium frying pan.
- Compatibility: gas, electric, ceramic and induction, stated on every product page.
- Real-life use: sizes, weights and capacities listed to help you pick the right format.
