Returns and Refund Policy

Returns accepted for 30 days

You have 30 days from delivery of your order to return an item, without giving any reason. This period includes and extends the 14-day legal right of withdrawal under European regulations.

Damaged, broken, defective or incorrect product: free return

If your item arrives damaged, broken, does not work properly or does not match your order, the return is completely free. Contact us with your order number and a few photos: we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, with a prepaid return label if the item needs to be sent back.

All our products are also covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Change of mind: return shipping paid by the customer

If the item doesn't suit you, you can return it within 30 days. Return shipping costs are then at your expense. The item must be:

unused and in perfect condition;
in its original packaging, with all accessories.

An item used or damaged by the customer may receive a partial refund reflecting the loss in value.

How to return an item

Email us at contact@inoxdurable.com (or call +33 7 74 91 08 77) with your order number and the reason for the return.
We reply within 48 business hours with the return address and instructions.
Ship the parcel with a tracked service and keep the proof of postage.

Refund

The refund is made to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item, including the original standard shipping costs. You receive an email confirmation.

Exchanges

For another size or model, return the item using the procedure above and place a new order, or contact us: we will arrange the exchange directly.
