Shipping is free with no minimum order for France and the European Union. Applicable costs are always shown before payment.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Transit: 2 to 8 business days depending on the destination.
- Estimated total time: 3 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
We work with several partner warehouses in Europe (Spain, Poland) and Asia. Depending on the items ordered, your order may arrive in several parcels, at no extra cost.
Order tracking
An email with your tracking number is sent as soon as each parcel ships.
Customs duties (outside the European Union)
For deliveries outside the European Union (Switzerland, United States, etc.), customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the carrier or local authorities. These are paid by the recipient.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcel
If your parcel has not arrived 10 business days after shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@inoxdurable.com or +33 7 74 91 08 77. We open an investigation with the carrier and offer a replacement or a refund.
Delivery address
Please check your address when ordering. An order can only be changed before it ships.
