Article 2 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Inox Durable and any person ("the Customer") making a purchase on www.inoxdurable.com, which sells stainless steel cookware (frying pans, woks, saucepans, stockpots, soup pots). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 3 — Products

Products are presented as accurately as possible (photos, descriptions, specifications). Slight differences may exist between images and the product received (shades, finishes). Offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 4 — Prices

  • Prices are shown in euros (€). VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code): the prices displayed are the final prices payable, excluding any shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs: free for France and the European Union; €9.99 for Switzerland, the United States and the rest of the world. The exact amount is shown before the order is confirmed.
  • Only the price displayed when the order is confirmed applies.

Article 5 — Orders

The Customer confirms the order after selecting products, entering delivery and billing details, choosing a payment method and accepting these terms. An order confirmation is sent by email once payment is validated.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is due immediately when ordering, by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires), PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna or any other method offered at checkout. All transactions are secure (SSL encryption).

Article 7 — Delivery

  • Zones: France, European Union, Switzerland, United States and other served countries.
  • Times: 1 to 2 business days of processing, for an estimated total time of 3 to 10 business days.
  • Shipping: products are shipped from partner warehouses in Europe and Asia; an order may arrive in several parcels at no extra cost.
  • Tracking: a tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order ships.
  • Outside the EU: any import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

The Customer has 30 days from delivery to return an item without giving a reason (this period includes the 14-day legal right of withdrawal).

  • Damaged, broken, defective or incorrect product: free return, replacement or full refund.
  • Change of mind: return costs paid by the Customer; item unused, in its original packaging.
  • Refund no later than 14 days after the return is received, to the original payment method.

Article 9 — Guarantees

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years, articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 10 — Liability

Inox Durable cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption of transport services or fault of the Customer (incorrect address, refusal of delivery, etc.). If an item is out of stock after ordering, the Customer is informed and fully refunded.

Article 11 — Personal data

Personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. The Customer may exercise their rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability) by writing to contact@inoxdurable.com and may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Article 12 — Intellectual property

The site's content (text, logos, layout) belongs to Inox Durable and may not be reproduced without permission.

Article 13 — Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use the CM2C mediator free of charge — 14 rue Saint Jean, 75017 Paris — www.cm2c.net.

Article 14 — Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective provisions of the consumer's country of residence.
